ILM Art Department Challenge // The Moment

Final submissions for the ILM challenge "the moment".
I really tried to focus on storytelling and depict something new and surprising. That was an intense journey and I'd like to congratulate everyone who has been involved in this awesome challenge.
That's amazing to see now how you guys respond to the briefs and how creative you've been.
I added some preliminary sketches, fooling around some ideas and framing.

I am so thankful for Industrial Light & Magic for their recognition and many thanks to Artstation to bring this contest to life !
